This calendar is all about prioritising yourself without needing to spend too much time or money doing so. Having self-compassion is embracing components such as: self-kindness, humanity, and mindfulness. This calendar has been developed to help you prioritise your social connections, your inner spirit, your physical well being and your nutrition.
