Food+Mood is a treatment programme that runs for 12 consecutive weeks. Each week is devoted to a deep exploration of you, your habits, and the intentional process of changing those habits to improve your binge eating or emotional eating. Throughout the 12 weeks, the topics and tasks provided will be based on four different pillars of health. Nutrition, eating behaviours and cooking will be a focal point, those will be intertwined with prioritising social, spiritual, mental/emotional and physical well-being.
Each week you’ll receive access to that week’s content. Your training materials include written information, webinars, written work, reflective exercises and individualised challenges. The programme is structured to be worked through Sunday – Friday.
Places in the treatment programme are first come first served. There will be 3 spots open each time - please get in touch to get on the list.
GOAL SETTING SUNDAYS
This is your chance to sit down and make focused goals for you to work on for the week.
TUNE IN TUESDAYS
You will have access to weekly video sessions with Erin where nutrition and health behaviours are discussed and made simple
MASTER IT MONDAYS
Monday's are for learning and trying something new. This day will challenge you and help you grow on your journey
WRITE IT WEDNESDAYS
Each week you will be given questions to think about, actions to reflect on or scenarios to consider. This is a chance to look deeper into your habits.
TRY IT THURSDAYS
Thursday's are your chance to give a new challenge a go! Push yourself, try something new, see things through a different perspective.
This is your chance to have all of your questions answered, nutrition, goal setting, or otherwise!
