Food+Mood Programme

Food+Mood is a CBT-E focussed binge eating treatment programme that runs for 20 consecutive weeks. Each week is devoted to a deep exploration of you, your habits, and the intentional process of changing those habits to improve your binge eating or emotional eating. Throughout the 20 weeks weekly check in's will be made and take-home tasks will be given to support you on your recovery journey. Nutrition, eating behaviours and cooking will be a focal point, those will be intertwined with prioritising social, spiritual, mental/emotional and physical well-being.

Each week you’ll receive access to that week’s content. Your training materials include written information, goal setting, reflective exercises and individualised challenges. Check-in sessions will be scheduled ideally 7 days apart, this supports the pace of the treatment programme and keeps the tasks a focal point in your week. If in your circumstances you require a longer more intensive support programme this can be discussed at our initial free consultation call. Treatment programmes of  40 weeks may be necessary for some people.
