My mission is to help set you free from binge eating and emotional eating. I help women finally feel confident that their diet and lifestyle support their mental health, and give them the tools and knowledge to manage it long term.
I spent the past 2 years based in London working as a Specialist Mental Health Dietitian and am now working virtually from abroad. I am HCPC registered and a member of the British Dietetic Association.
I'm from Wellington, New Zealand. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and a Master of Dietetics from the University of Otago.
