My mission is to help set you free from binge eating and emotional eating. I help women finally feel confident that their diet and lifestyle support their mental health, and give them the tools and knowledge to manage it long term.
I am based in London working as a Specialist Mental Health Dietitian. I am HCPC Registered and a member of the British Dietetic Association.
I grew up in Wellington, New Zealand and graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and a Master of Dietetics. During the weekends I’m usually exploring local food markets or enjoying nature.
